When using File Transfer Protocol [FTP] it is good practice to properly compress your files using the latest compression utility for your operating system platform prior to upload. During transfer via FTP, it is always possible for digital files to arrive to the recipient "corrupt" after being stripped of the vital information necessary for recognition by its native application. We recommend zipping the files using the built-in programs on MAC or PC.

On the MAC, right click or control click on the file or folder you want to zip. Choose ARCHIVE from the menu. This will create a zip file in the same location as your original.

On the PC, right click on the file or folder you want to zip. Choose send to zip file from the menu. This will create a zip file in the same location as your original.
